Compliance is only as good as the evidence you can produce when someone asks. Baileo’s redesigned evidence exports let partners pull a dated, filtered pack — gas, electrical, fire, damp, and the rest — straight from the compliance board, shaped for internal audit.
The old way was a scramble: screenshots, spreadsheets, and a nervous check that nothing was out of date. The new export is one click, and it carries the dates and the source with it.
What the export includes
- Certificates and check dates by property or portfolio.
- A clear status for anything overdue or approaching expiry.
- The filter you applied, recorded on the pack itself.
- A timestamp, so an auditor knows exactly what they are looking at.
It is available now from the compliance board for every partner. Access is invite-only, provisioned by your Baileo administrator.
