What we hold
Baileo holds the organisational and contact details partners give us, plus the property, lease, tenancy and compliance records created under a partner agreement. We hold nothing about the public: there is no public sign-up.
Why we hold it
To operate the platform under the lease relationship, respond to enquiries, and meet statutory housing and audit obligations. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation under UK GDPR.
Who sees it
Your data is scoped to your organisation. Group staff see only what the lease relationship requires. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure and objection requests can be raised via the enquiry form and are answered within statutory timescales.
Questions about this policy go through the enquiry form — we don’t publish an email address.
