Baileo joins the Group’s partner platform family
The leased-homes record gets its own front door: invite-only access for councils, landlords and housing providers.
Baileo now has its own front door. The platform councils, landlords and registered providers use to manage the homes and leases they hold has moved to a dedicated, invite-only home of its own.
Baileo takes its name from “bailment” — holding property on behalf of another. That is exactly what it is built for: a clear, shared record of the homes a partner holds under lease, and the obligations that come with them.
Who it is for
- Councils managing homes taken under lease.
- Housing associations and registered providers.
- Landlords holding homes within a partner arrangement.
Access is provisioned by invitation rather than public sign-up. If your organisation works with the Group and needs access, talk to us.
